Data Gallery and fleetai privacy policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

This policy covers the Data Gallery website, fleetai account connections, and related application features. The application and workspace you authorize determine which features are enabled and who has access. Connecting a provider account is separate from signing in.

Information we process

Sign-in and account connections provide account identifiers, profile information, and email addresses. We also process information you submit, application activity, and operational diagnostics needed to provide and support the service.

When you connect Gmail, the permissions you approve determine access. Read access can include message headers, senders and recipients, subjects, bodies, attachments, and labels. Additional permissions enable sending messages or changing mailbox labels and archive/read state. Provider credentials and granted permissions are retained to support the connection; credentials are not exposed as application content.

How connected data is used

Connected data is used to provide the features you authorize, such as viewing messages, searching your mailbox, classifying mail, preparing tasks, and performing permitted email actions. An account grant in one application or workspace does not automatically grant access to another.

When an application's enabled AI features process email, relevant message content and metadata are sent to the configured AI inference service. Requests, responses, generated proposals, and action outcomes may be retained in private application audit records for operation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation. This is not a promise that processing is confined to your browser or that email content never leaves the provider.

Service providers and limited use

We use service providers for hosting, storage, identity, AI inference, website analytics, and support. Microsoft Azure hosts the account-connection service and its protected credential storage. Google provides Google sign-in and Gmail. Enabled application features may use cloud AI services to process the data needed for those features.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Human access to Google user data is restricted to purposes permitted by Google's Limited Use requirements, such as access with your permission, security investigation, or legal obligations.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The existing marketing website uses Google Analytics and LogRocket for visitor analytics and interaction diagnostics. Support and marketing forms use third-party services such as Tally. Do not submit passwords, provider tokens, or unnecessary mailbox content through marketing or support forms. Connected mailbox data is not published on this website.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Connection credentials are retained while needed for an active connection. Removing workspace access stops that grant's future access; it does not necessarily disconnect other authorized workspaces. Disconnecting the underlying provider connection requests provider revocation and credential removal. A failed or incomplete disconnection may require follow-up rather than being treated as successful.

Disconnecting does not automatically erase data already delivered to an application. Application records, tasks, and private audits are retained as needed to operate the service, investigate failures, and preserve action history. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, including review of retained application data. Records that must be retained for security or legal obligations are considered separately.

Your choices and contact

You can manage access in your application's Accounts page and review or revoke Google connections through your Google Account. Revoking access may stop features that depend on the connection.

For privacy questions or data requests, use Data Gallery support. Identify the application and account concerned, but do not include access tokens or passwords. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.
